I'm not actually sure what is causing this and I am unable to replicate the problem myself.
I just added a test comment to Grazzy's profile and it appeared immediately.
All I can think is that there a momentary glitch in the connection to the database that causes it to not save the comment. If this happens in future please just try adding the comment again (wait about 30 seconds before you re-try) and then hopefully the comment should appear.
