No Longer Able to Sign Up For Site

Dude,

What is wrong with this stupid billing system? I can no longer sign up for membership with my Credit Card. It's the same card I've been using for years and it still works when I use it on every other site. EXCEPT this one. You guys are losing money, Im ready to sign up but the system automatically declines my card every time. As I said any other site I use accepts my card.
