Okay... Someone really likes PDV a lot. She's really hot, but number 1 on Brazilian Transsexuals? I think not. Out of the top 5 Patricia Spears and Patricia dal Vesco seem really surprising. I can see Kalena Rios and Bruna Butterfly. They're not my favorites, but they are undoubtedly VERY popular. Sharon Lima is probably my favorite of this group. The top 50 seems even more baffling since only about half of them would even make my top 100. Carla Renata Ferraz (or whatever her last name is today) and Carla Novaes are 19 and 20? I would consider Carla Renata Ferraz to be in the top 1% of all transsexual pornstars. Probably top 5% out of GG and TS girls. 19? Really? Anyway I voted for her so maybe she moved up a couple. What do you guys think? Who's missing that should definitely be here and who do you think is unreasonably high or low?
Patricia Bismark may be over weight now, but she didn't even crack the top 50?

Carla Novaes is unreasonably low, and Bruna has dropped?! I smell a rig. I assume someone is just voting down certain girls and voting others high intentionally. No way Carla Renata Ferraz should be higher than my Novaes. My Novaes should be #1... or 2 cause Bruna.
Oh and Patricia Spears is just terrible...

Carla Renata Ferraz is top 5 all time in my book. She's just hot as hell, but I don't usually include her in my current top 5.
I put Carla Renata up there with Christina Bianchini and Patricia Bismark about 4 or 5 years ago. Just too fucking hot!
