The order for top 10 new was extremely hard to make....lol aside from the top 4 I quite like all the others equally...and then there are others I wanted on this list....like Rakel Rodrigues, Jessica Ketlen, Lady G (yes Lady G, I like her despite everyones opinion). But top 10 is top 10.
